You step back from the detailed content and from your own personal views, and focus purely on the group process. The key responsibility as a facilitator is to create this group process and an environment in which it can flourish, and so help the group reach a successful decision, solution or conclusion.
Executive coaching is a specialized relationship between the coach and a client. Through a process of inquiry, discussion, and other instruments, the coach acts as a thought partner to support the client observe and cultivate his or her leadership skills, try-out new ways of thinking and being, and commit to action steps that aid in achieving the coachee’s goals.
Training is developing in oneself or others, any skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Training has specific goals of improving one’s capability, capacity, productivity and performance. It forms the core of apprenticeships and provides the backbone of content at institutes of technology maintain, upgrade and update skills throughout working life.
